    Dear Valued Clients,

    We will be performing upgrades to our system to enhance its performance and introduce new features for a better user experience. Please take note of the following details:

    Modules Being Upgraded / Enhanced:

    1. Bulk Email Module:

      The bulk email module has been improved making it more user friendly than the previous version. This includes the ability to send out a test bulk email campaign before sending the campaign to the intended list of recipients, better recipient uploads among other features.

    2. File Bring Up Module:
      In-order to facilitate data minimizations, bring-ups will NOT be sent as plaintext via email. The "Bring Up" Notification email will now include a direct link to a Bring Up report that will be accessed only after logging into the system. If you have any questions or require assistance accessing Bring Up reports or managing bring-up notifications, please contact our support team.

    Scheduled Upgrade Time:
    Date: Saturday 6th April 2024
    Time: 20:00 Hrs

    During the upgrade process, there may be temporary interruptions to system availability. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to minimize any disruptions.

    Action Required:

    1. Prepare Your Team: Inform your team members about the scheduled upgrades and advise them to plan their work accordingly. It may be necessary to save any work in progress and avoid accessing the system during the upgrade window.

    2. Stay Informed: We will provide updates throughout the upgrade process via email and our support channels. Should you have any urgent inquiries or encounter any issues following the upgrades, please don't hesitate to contact us.
