We will be performing upgrades to our system to enhance its performance and introduce new features for a better user experience. Please take note of the following details:

Modules Being Upgraded / Enhanced:

1. Integration of Google Authentication as a two-factor authentication (2FA) method:

   Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring not only your password but also a unique verification code generated by an authenticator app. With Google Authentication, you can conveniently generate these codes directly from your smartphone, adding an additional barrier against unauthorized access to your account.

   Here’s how it works:
   

   a. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication: Upon logging in to your account, you will now be prompted to enable two-factor authentication. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to link your account with Google Authenticator.

   b. Generating Verification Codes: Once activated, whenever you attempt to log in, you will be asked to enter a verification code in addition to your password. This code will be generated within the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone, providing a unique and time-sensitive security measure.

   c. Enhanced Security: By requiring both your password and a verification code, even if someone gains access to your password, they won’t be able to log in without the corresponding verification code from your authenticated device.
   

2. Seamless Module Navigation Upon Session Expiry

   Ever experienced the frustration of being redirected to the login page after your session expires, only to have to navigate back to the module you were working on? With our latest update, those days are behind you.

   Now, when your session expires and you're redirected to the login page, logging back in will automatically return you to the exact module you were last accessing. This means no more time wasted searching for where you left off – simply log in, and pick up right where you left off.
   

3. Enhanced Password Restrictions
   To bolster the security of your account, we've implemented measures to prevent the use of common passwords. These changes ensure that your password is unique and robust, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access. You will also have the power to adjust your password at your convenience, without the need to contact our support team. A secure link will be sent to your email address allowing you to reset your password at anytime.

During the upgrade process, there may be temporary interruptions to system availability. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to minimize any disruptions.

Action Required:

1. Prepare Your Team: Inform your team members about the scheduled upgrades and advise them to plan their work accordingly. It may be necessary to save any work in progress and avoid accessing the system during the upgrade window.
   

2. Stay Informed: We will provide updates throughout the upgrade process via email and our support channels. Should you have any urgent inquiries or encounter any issues following the upgrades, please don't hesitate to contact us.

1. Bulk Email Module:

   The bulk email module has been improved making it more user friendly than the previous version. This includes the ability to send out a test bulk email campaign before sending the campaign to the intended list of recipients, better recipient uploads among other features.
   

2. File Bring Up Module:
   In-order to facilitate data minimizations, bring-ups will NOT be sent as plaintext via email. The "Bring Up" Notification email will now include a direct link to a Bring Up report that will be accessed only after logging into the system. If you have any questions or require assistance accessing Bring Up reports or managing bring-up notifications, please contact our support team.
